Do you think they'll be making/do you want there to be a sequel to Majora's Mask?

I've always wanted them to. But I'm kinda afraid they'd screw it up. It won't be an easy task to make a sequel, though it's not out of the question.

Yeah, I'm surprised nintendo pulled MM off. There's like 1000 scenarios that could have happened to make MM make no sense. But, they did it well. =D

They did very well. Many people (including myself) place it above OoT. Though it just barely beats it out in my book, it still beats it as my favorite.

The only reason I kind of spite MM is that timer. XD
Apparently I don't work well under video-game pressure. XD

A lot of people say that, I don't really mind it to be honest. Once you start slowing time, it's like it's not even there. The most common complaint I hear, is the only one I really have. And that is that the length of the game is puny. Only four temple. Yes, there are plenty o side quest, but besides a select few, all can be done in short time.

That's true. But whenever I slow down the time, I tend to forget about it, then it catches me by suprise in the middle of a temple. It would happen everytime if they didn't send out that big notice when days change. =D
It is a tad short, but the stuff it does have it total win.

Best thing to do, get all the way up to the entrance of a temple, then start time over. You've got the full three days then to beat the one temple. You have to to just a little extra work (like re-raising the woodfall temple for example) but it's well worth it for the extra time.

That's a good tip.
Raising the temple takes like less than a minute so i'd be worth it.
I don't like losing all my rupee's / items D:

Rupees, you can put in the bank. Items.....well, your on your own XD I'm not really aware of a good way to combat that.

Personally, I'm rooting for a prequel. (wif lots of Oni Link in it.) A sequal may be a little too risky.
The timer bothered me at first. I tend to sweat under pressure. (Same problem applies to Pikmin. Darn it. I need to get Pikmin2 so I can avoid that 30-day limit.) But now that I can clear out three temples in less than 6 game hours on slow time (and with the help of a very attractive mask and a little magic milk), the timer doesn't bother me a ton anymore. Plus, there are a few grace areas where the timer vanishes and you can breathe a momentary sigh of relief. Oh, and by the way, hi everyone! I'm new!! (See? It doesn't hurt to advertise sometimes. wink-wink-nudge-nudge)

Heh, welcome to the stock pot inn. Glad to see you here. That's actually a better idea than a sequel. A prequel WOULD be less risky, and may even make more sense in the long run.

Pre MM is pretty much unexistant. Besides the manga (which isn't cannon) there's really nothing to go by, so they would have almost complete freedom.

The Pikmin games are absolutely my favorite in the Nintendo franchise. (Maybe I have thing for games with timers...?) Go out to Termina field and cut two or three circular patches of grass up. (Takes about 1hr-30 in game minutes, and its cheap. ) I'm sure you've all heard of the "Six Terminian Day Challenge". (Beating MM in six in-game days; the first three as a Deku Scrub, and the next three to go through all four temples and beat Majora. XD) Pre MM is pretty much unexistant. Besides the manga (which isn't cannon) there's really nothing to go by, so they would have almost complete freedom. Yeah, but the manga is pretty cool. I do like the idea of a prequel, although it would take a lot of time/effort on Nintendo's part to make a good game. (Ignore the quote code, just know that I'm quoting. XD)

Yes, but there is a high demand for another game featuring Majora. Even though most of the demand is brought by diehard MM fans.

I think it would be interesting to see another game in Termina, which expands on the relationship between it and Hyrule. I would also love to see another mask themed game, mayby with an expanded collection, however another MM style game would be verry difficult to pull off as great as the original.

Oh, new transformation masks are a must. This time, the Keaton mask turns you into a ghost-fox with three tails! And you can stealthfully slink around and have heightened senses of smell and hearing. And maybe the pink bunny can come back for another go-round! The bunny hood turns you into the Pink Bunny!!! XD Or maybe not. Like I said, I am a fan of Oni Link, and I'm hoping for a game that is ALL Oni. The original Link isn't involved at all. (I'm still upset over the Untold Legend rumor type thing... I soooo wanted that to be real.) But you're correct about the manga, sage_of_fire. It didn't add anything to the story that wasn't already there. And it is also true that it isn't cannon. Far from it. Also, it would satisfy all of the people that are getting tired of Ganon (Poor Ganny. If you were raised by Koume and Kotake, you'd be crazy too.) as the main villain would probably be Majora. It would be a wonderful opportunity to enhance the story of MM. (Not to mention, spread a little fierce deity love. There is precious little information about him, and I'm just dieing for even the smallest tidbit.) Also, thanks for the warm welcome! I'm very glad to be here. ^_^
