They're on consols, on PC, in arcades, and always getting better. Light gun games have got to be one of my favourite genres. One of the great things about the Wii is that it easily becomes a light gun system without any extra periferals, although there is the optional zapper. Nintendo have a pretty good history with light guns as well, from the Nintendo Zapper, to the Super Scope, and now the Wii, although some of the games may not have been popular most of them were pretty fun. Sony kept up the consol trend with ports of the Time Crisis series to it's consols. Microsoft Had games like Silent Scope and The House of the Dead 3. Personaly my favourites are THotD and Time Crisis series. I just got THotD Return for Wii and love it. I also realy liked the RE4 port to Wii which turned it into a LG adventure. I still havn't played REUC, although I've heard it's realy good apart from short length. What are you're favourite LG games? Do you prefer consol or arcade?

I want to play THotD so bad, (maybe I'll rent it ), along with REUC. I have RE4, but its not really light gun control-wise, (still fun though). I think Link's Crossbow Training makes the best use of the Zapper from what I've played so far.

Technicay, the Wii version is LG, it just isn't the traditional rail shooter LG. LCBT was good, but got old rather fast, then again I havn't played it in a while, so mayby I'll go back and pick it up again.

I concur. Interestingly, the light gun does not work with my front-screen-projection HDTV.... (I think its because the TV is actually always emitting light; even the black screen in projecting light...)
