I'm putting this thread under anything else because although it may be chit chat, I do want some serious answers.
What are your plans and hopes for the future? Do you have any goals you want to achieve?
Personaly, my goal is to become a Certified Chef de Cusine by the time I'm 30. This is pretty much the highest a chef can reach in thier career short of being a celebrity. I'm already well on my way taking par in an aprenticehsip program which bridges highschool and college. It provides me with financial support and a realy good jump start into Humber College, which is one of the best in Canada for culinary arts.
